According to PwC's 2025 Global AI Jobs Barometer, workers with AI skills earn an average 56% wage premium over peers in comparable roles, while industries adopting AI are seeing three times higher growth in revenue per employee than less AI-exposed sectors. The research also found that the skills required for AI-exposed jobs are evolving 66% faster, signalling a rapid shift in what employers value.
