There are four real- life 60+ contestants in this show Sujata Shetty, Vijay Lalwani, Nanda Kukreja & Jaya Lalwani. There wellness transformation goes beyond Physical fitness. You have to watch the show on social platforms of @fitdadmom to unravel the beautiful health & fitness transformation journey Of these contestants.
The show celebrates movement, transformation, confidence, resilience and, most importantly, the joy of discovering something new at any age.
The contestants come with different personalities, different life experiences and different starting points. What brings them together is the willingness to step outside their comfort zones and take on a challenge that many would assume is meant for a much younger generation.
From fitness challenges and mental resilience to fun games, personality-based challenges and moments of vulnerability, the show captures the contestants beyond their age. It showcases their humour, determination, friendships, emotions and the sheer excitement of trying something new.
“We wanted to create something where people in their 60s could see themselves not as people who need to slow down, but as people who still have so much to experience, achieve and celebrate,” says Akanksha, Apeksha , Anubhav
The show also aims to challenge a common perception around aging that fitness after 60 is primarily about managing health or simply staying active. FitDadMom believes it can be about confidence, competition, adventure, friendships, laughter and transformation too.
And perhaps the most refreshing part of the show is that the participants aren’t professional athletes or fitness models. They are real people taking on a new experience.
Through their journeys, FitDadMom hopes to inspire not only the 60+ generation, but also their children and families to look at aging differently.
Because sometimes, the biggest transformation isn’t what happens to the body.
It’s when someone finally believes, “Why not me?”
