PANORAMA STUDIOS STRENGTHENS ITS PUNJABI CINEMA FOOTPRINT; ACQUIRES WORLDWIDE THEATRICAL RIGHTS OF ARGENTINA, THAAPI AND RANJHEYA FOR 2026 RELEASES

The acquisitions include three highly anticipated Punjabi films featuring some of the industry's most celebrated stars—Argentina, starring Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta; Thaapi, starring Neeru Bajwa and Sunny Singh; and Ranjheya, featuring Harrdy Sandhu and Simrat Kaur. Together, these films represent a diverse and exciting slate that underscores Panorama Studios' commitment to backing strong content and marquee talent in Punjabi cinema.

Since joining Panorama Studios earlier this year, Anshu Kapoor has been spearheading the company's efforts to deepen its presence in Punjab and expand its regional cinema portfolio. Under this strategic vision, Panorama Studios is actively building a robust Punjabi slate encompassing diverse stories, marquee talent and wide audience appeal.

In addition to these newly acquired titles, Panorama Studios' upcoming Punjabi releases include Kankaan De Ole, scheduled to release on 31st July and 70 Syaal, an emotional horror-folklore film based in Punjab, which is slated for release in the coming months.
