Structured assessments across Interest, Personality and Ability are fused by an AI mapping engine into ranked, explainable career recommendations — moving people from career confusion to career clarity.

Bengaluru, India — August 20, 2026 : CareerIPA Innovation Pvt Ltd today announced the launch of CareerIPA (careeripa.com), a science-backed, AI-powered career guidance platform built to help students, graduates, working professionals, parents, counsellors, schools, colleges, universities and corporates make more informed, personalised career decisions. The platform unifies three validated assessment models — Interest, Personality and Ability (IPA) — and uses a proprietary AI engine to convert the results into a ranked, fully explained career shortlist.

The Problem:

Every year, millions of students and professionals in India — and worldwide — choose a stream, a degree, or a next career move based on academic marks, family pressure, peer influence or a single one-dimensional aptitude test, rather than structured, evidence-based guidance. According to CareerIPA, this produces a predictable and costly chain reaction: students enrol in wrong-fit courses, graduates emerge disengaged and under-skilled, professionals remain stuck in careers they never truly chose, and parents, institutions and employers are left to manage the fallout without dependable tools to prevent it.

This cycle underscores the need for a decision-making framework grounded in psychometric evidence, real-time career-demand data and structured stakeholder support — precisely the gap CareerIPA has been built to close.

The Solution: One Framework, Three Sciences, One Certain Answer

CareerIPA replaces guesswork with a single online assessment journey built on three complementary, scientifically grounded models — the first platform to score all three signals simultaneously: what drives you, who you are, and what you can master.

Derived RIASEC Model (DRM) — Interest : An evolution of Holland's globally established RIASEC theory, recalibrated for today's career landscape to reveal what genuinely drives a person.

Behavioural Dynamics Model (BDM) — Personality : Grounded in Big Five and OCM research, mapping work style, decision-making, collaboration and resilience to reveal who a person is

Ability Identification Model (AIM)— Ability : A multi-aptitude assessment across reasoning domains, converted into career-weighted strengths to reveal what a person can master.

All three assessments are completed online, at the user's own pace — no exam hall, no added pressure. CareerIPA's proprietary AI mapping engine then cross-references the DRM, BDM and AIM signals and deliver a ranked, explainable shortlist of careers, each recommendation accompanied by the reasoning behind it — never a generic, black-box list. Certified counsellors and an AI copilot (to assist the counsellors) then help turn that insight into a concrete action plan covering admissions, certifications and next steps.

Jaipur. Insolation Energy Ltd., known in the market as INA Solar, has kicked off a countrywide drive to get more Indians running their homes and businesses on the sun. The campaign, called 'Azaadi Mahotsav 2026 – Bijli Bill Se Azaadi Ka Jashn', is pitched squarely at households, businesses and industries looking to cut their power bills.

The company, one of India's bigger solar panel makers, says the effort is about spreading awareness on clean energy and spelling out the money that switching to solar can save. The larger goal, according to INA Solar, is to nudge consumers toward renewable power as a lasting route to energy independence.

Chairman Manish Gupta and Managing Director Vikas Jain framed the launch in the context of the country's wider energy shift. "India is moving rapidly towards energy self-reliance, and solar energy is playing a pivotal role in this transformation," they said. "Through 'Azaadi Mahotsav 2026', we aim to encourage more homes, businesses and industries to adopt clean energy solutions that reduce electricity costs while contributing to a greener and more sustainable future."

The two also pointed to the company's scale. INA Solar currently runs an annual solar module manufacturing capacity of 5.5 GW, and it's building on that. A new facility is coming up in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, which will add 4.5 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity along with 18,000 metric tonnes a year of aluminium frame production. The company says the expansion sits neatly with the government's Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat push, and strengthens the domestic solar supply chain in the process.

On the product side, INA Solar makes TOPCon solar modules in the 500 Wp to 635 Wp range. These serve a broad set of buyers, from rooftop residential users to commercial and industrial projects, solar parks and solar pumps. According to the company, the modules are built for high efficiency, reliable long-term output and strong performance across different kinds of installations.

The campaign itself won't stay confined to advertising. INA Solar plans a mix of digital outreach and on-ground activities under the Azaadi Mahotsav 2026 banner, aimed at walking consumers through both the financial and environmental case for going solar. The idea is to reach people where they already are, online and in their neighbourhoods, and turn general interest in clean energy into actual installations.

For a sector that has leaned heavily on subsidies and policy signals, moves like this reflect a shift toward direct consumer persuasion. Whether the messaging translates into wider adoption will depend on how households and small businesses weigh the upfront cost against the promise of lower bills down the line.

Artificial intelligence has become the defining force behind today's business transformation. From streamlining operations and enhancing customer experiences to accelerating decision-making, AI is reshaping how organisations compete. Yet, amid this technological shift, one reality is becoming increasingly clear: the success of AI initiatives depends less on the technology itself and more on the quality of leadership behind it.

While AI can automate processes and generate insights at unprecedented speed, it cannot define strategy, inspire people through uncertainty, or build organisations capable of adapting to constant disruption. Those responsibilities remain firmly in the hands of leaders.

This is why leadership, not technology, is emerging as the true competitive differentiator in the AI era.

The Leadership Mandate Has Changed

For decades, senior executives were expected to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and business growth. Today, those expectations have expanded significantly.

Leaders are now tasked with steering enterprise-wide digital transformation, navigating rapid technological change, preparing workforces for new ways of working, and making strategic decisions amid increasing uncertainty.

The challenge extends beyond adopting AI tools. Executives must determine where AI creates genuine business value, how it should be governed responsibly, and how organisations can embrace innovation without losing sight of culture, ethics, and long-term resilience.

In short, the modern leadership agenda is as much about transformation as it is about performance.

AI Fluency Is No Longer Optional

Contrary to popular perception, AI fluency isn't about learning to build algorithms or write code. It is about understanding the strategic implications of emerging technologies and making informed business decisions around them.

Senior leaders need the ability to evaluate AI investments, interpret data-driven insights, assess risks, and identify opportunities that strengthen competitive advantage. Equally important is the ability to communicate a compelling vision that brings employees, stakeholders, and customers along on the transformation journey.

As organisations increasingly embed AI into core business functions, these capabilities are rapidly becoming essential executive competencies.

Experience Alone Isn't Enough

Many experienced professionals have successfully navigated market cycles, economic uncertainty, and organisational growth. However, the AI era demands an expanded leadership toolkit.

Strategic thinking must now coexist with digital awareness. Financial acumen must be complemented by technology-enabled decision-making. People leadership must evolve to manage hybrid teams, continuous reskilling, and organisational change.

This shift has fuelled growing demand for executive education that equips leaders with contemporary business perspectives while strengthening the strategic, financial, and organisational capabilities needed to lead through disruption.

Technology may be advancing at an unprecedented pace, but sustainable competitive advantage will continue to be created by leaders who know how to translate innovation into business impact.

The organisations that succeed over the next decade will not necessarily be those with access to the most advanced AI tools. They will be those led by executives who can align technology with strategy, balance innovation with responsible governance, and build agile, future-ready organisations. As AI continues to redefine industries, leadership itself is entering a new chapter, one where strategic judgement, adaptability, and continuous learning will matter more than ever.

For senior executives, the question is no longer whether AI will transform leadership. It already has. The real question is whether today's leaders are prepared to transform with it.

A collaboration with the iconic actor celebrating her love for the saree

New delhi – Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, India’s largest luxury fashion e-commerce platform owned by Purple Style Labs (PSL), has launched Six Yards by Madhuri Dixit, an ambitious collaboration that highlights the Bollywood megastar’s love for the saree. Drawing inspiration from her iconic saree style, it showcases a sought-after curation featuring new-age as well as culturally-rooted designs.

Celluloid dream lady, celebrated actor, and dancing queen, Madhuri Dixit has been known to make the saree a bewitching style statement. The drapes worn by her on & off the screen have shaped Indian fashion, leading to fanatic replication by millions of people worldwide, even decades after she debuted them.

In recent years, Indian fashion and textile designers have pushed the saree to the forefront with their imaginative flair. Championing it over the years, Madhuri Dixit has donned the best of six yards by leading designers like Tarun Tahiliani, Seema Gujral, Amit Aggarwal, Anita Dongre, Shyamal & Bhumika, Jayanti Reddy, Nakul Sen, Anushree Reddy and Punit Balana to name a few.

With Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop’s ensemble of both heritage weaves and modern saree renditions, Six Yards by Madhuri Dixit spotlights rich textile transitions from various Indian craft communities to drapes in luxurious chiffons, georgettes, silks, satins, and embroidered statement pieces.

Six Yards aims to generate global buzz around Madhuri’s keen eye for the silhouette. Shoppers at Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop can now take inspiration from her glamorous style expressions through handpicked drapes for festivities, weddings, and statement-making everyday wear. The collection will provide saree wardrobe choices on a scale that effortlessly combines convenience with a one-of-a-kind curation.

Central to the eminent partnership, Madhuri Dixit further added, “Six Yards is a special collaboration with Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop celebrating my love for sarees, Indian design, and exquisite craftsmanship. Sarees are definite mainstays, with never a dull moment! The exclusive curation will feature some of the country’s leading designer labels. I’m also delighted to further strengthen my ties with Purple Style Labs through this association. They have a refreshingly new outlook on India’s lifestyle and luxury industry with an astute understanding of Indian fashion consumers.”

Speaking about the collaboration, Abhishek Agarwal, founder of Purple Style Labs, said, “Sarees have always been an all-time favourite among our shoppers, and we seek to stay ahead of the curve in providing the largest selection of Indian fashion for the style-conscious individual. Madhuri’s elegant saree style has inspired fashion and film enthusiasts across generations, making her synonymous with both classic & contemporary drapes. Given her love for the six yards, we’ve found the perfect partner in her. This association further strengthens our position as India’s largest luxury fashion omni-channel platform.”.

Purple Style Labs (PSL) endeavors to build the biggest Luxury Fashion House in India. It acquired Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop in 2018 and has grown the business 50X in the past four years. Earlier this year, PSL raised USD 10 Million in Series B-round led by Akash Bhansali with a cluster of investors including Madhuri Dixit.
